30 minute Health Walks

Some time ago a question was raised by some of  you shedders about organised walks in and around Stonehaven. Carolyn Lamb, public health coordinator, has contacted us with information on a new initiative; short walks around Stonehaven which will allow participants to meet new people, increase their level of activity, get to know the local environment and take part in a social, fun and healthy activity. The walks are weekly starting from the Plainstones every Monday at 10:00hrs from 30th October.
